Composite deck and insulated summerhouse
Composite decking with a timber balustrade, then a summerhouse with PVC French doors, a rubber roof, insulation, plasterboard and a plaster finish.
Decking, porcelain patio and artificial grass
Decking and framework replaced, the patio laid in porcelain tiles, and bark and chips replaced with artificial grass. The lower area was framed in 100mm timber and oiled. The homeowner oiled the decking.
Patio, pergola and Venetian fence
A new patio with stepping stones around the pond and past the raised beds, up to a deck with a pergola. Closed in with a Venetian fence. Lighting in each area by Colin Burns Electrical, Lochwinnoch.
Front garden with sleepers and plum slate
Front garden makeover. The brick wall came out and was replaced with a post and rope boundary and a bed for hedges. Large rocks were replaced with sleepers, the ground was levelled for plum slate, and a new 4ft fence went in.
Composite fence in place of a crumbling wall
A 6ft composite fence replaced a low crumbling wall and added privacy. The customer supplied the materials, and the rubble was uplifted with a grab lorry.
Front and back garden with artificial grass
Front garden: a 3ft fence and a decorative chip border around 40mm artificial grass. Back garden: a new 6ft fence beside the footpath, raised beds the full length, a sandpit and an outdoor kitchen, with the lawn built up and finished in artificial grass.
Composite deck and Venetian privacy fence
The old deck and raised beds came out, the ground was levelled, and a new composite deck went in with a Venetian privacy fence around half of it. 10mm golden gravel covers the rest of the area.
Cottage deck
A deck along the back of a cottage, built in unused garden space so the views can be enjoyed. Leo the rottweiler supervised.
Garage converted into a garden room
A garage converted into a garden room, with new windows and French doors. The old roof was replaced with a one-piece rubber roof and a skylight. Walls were framed and insulated, plasterboarded and plastered, then laminate flooring, skirting and facings went in.
Loglap summerhouse with deck and ramps
A summerhouse on a 4x2 frame, with 28mm tongue and groove flooring, framed in 3x2 and 9mm OSB, then clad in Loglap. One-piece rubber roof with white trim to match the windows and French doors. A small deck at the doors, with a ramp either side.
